  • If you purchased a paid license key for any of our antivirus software and it does not work, you can request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will process the refund within 5-7 working days.
  • If you have not received the license key or product within a reasonable time frame, we will investigate and provide a refund if appropriate.

4. Non – Refundable Items

  • Activated or Used License Keys: Once a license key has been activated or used, it is not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact our customer support team or submit the form, filling out all the necessary details, within 30 days of the purchase date. Provide your order details, including the purchase date, order number, and the reason for the refund request.

Our representatives will review your request and respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that it could take up to one complete credit card billing cycle after your request has been approved for the credit to show up on your account.

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
